Pigwich

Had the cheese steak sandwich - very good. Big order of the sweet potato fries - yum. Corn flake fried chicken sandwich really good as well. Shared the fries, great with ketchup.

Prices are pretty good and food was also pretty tasty. It is located at the River Market and right across the street from the free street car drop/pickup location. Open on Sundays! Worth it and wait wasn't too bad!

The sandwiches were absolutely amazing. I had the bbq pork sand and Fry's. My Fry's were a bit over cooked. But they were busy and that happens some times! I'll definitely be back. Great food and great out door patio!

Very busy, but staff prepares the food quickly. Eat inside, eat outside, or take out. Food was really good. I loved their slightly sweet Cole slaw on my pulled pork sandwich, but a lady we shared a large corner booth with (this couple was so gracious to let my husband, our two granddaughters, and me share the very large table with them -socially distanced of course!) said she didn't care for it though she did say she was a picky eater. The sweet potato fries were excellent and so was the corn flake coated fried chicken sandwich our granddaughter had. She chose the spicy version! Great place for a quick but good bite to eat!

Love this place! Usually treated myself there until I had to move to Georgia for my job a few years ago. After retiring I moved back home to KCMO a little over a year ago so it was great that I could go to Pigwich again! Turns out they moved from their location nearby Knuckleheads so found them at City Market via Google Maps. Pigwich is now in the former Winslow's BBQ spot (City Market needs to update their visitors' map to reflect that). Anyway must recommend their namesake sandwich which is mighty mighty tasty! (Haven't tried anything else yet though but I'm sure they're just as yummy!)
