The Classic Cup Cafe

Located in the Plaza area this brunch spot is perfect for a break in between shopping. The coffee is bold yet smooth and lives up to the name. The food was delicious and the portions generous. When the weather is nice, they open up plenty of outdoor seating.

Chose this place for breakfast. Arrived around 8AM on a Thursday. Definitely starts picking up with customers around this time. We had a table for two: ordered coffee, the French Omelette and fresh fruit. The omelette was a unique mixture of bacon, apple,spinach and brie. We enjoyed it, had good service.

Great for breakfast and hands down the best pancakes in Kansas City. I even pick up their mix because it is so tasty! I haven't gotten anything but the pancakes because they speak for themselves. It feels like a fancy place but the prices are adorable. Our waitress was nice but the food took a bit to prepare, came out hot and delicious.

Surprisingly this was my first time here. And it is delicious. It's a quaint little place that has a locals kind of vibe. We ordered spiked lattes, bagel and lox and an incredible bread pudding. Everything was great! Heard a rumour that the corn beef hash is top notch (will try next time). Highly recommend!
