Super delicious food! The Brussels sprouts are amazing, and I absolutely love their charred cauliflower. Also, their salmon and spaghetti squash casserole is heavenly. I love the atmosphere and design of the place. They are super friendly, and always have fast service.
(PS) do yourself a favor and try their flourless chocolate cake if they have any..!!

The best food on the planet as well as an amazing place to work! I had the opportunity to work here in 2019 and seeing the behind the scenes gives you a whole new appreciation for the restaurant! Everything is kept extremely clean, the people working there are the best of the best, the managers always go the extra mile, and the food always leaves you feeling better than when you came in! So thankful for my experience here, so whether you’re looking for an amazing restaurant or a place to work, this is the place for you!????

So many gluten free options for me to choose from! I loved my first visit to True Food Kitchen. The staff was more than helpful and completely knowledgeable with the menu, especially about allergies. I had the Sparkling Prickly Pear Refresher to drink and it was very refreshing. For my meal I ate the Korean Noodles with added Shrimp. Such good flavor and very filling!

This is now one of my favorite restaurants in the city. I don’t think I’ve ever had food that tasted this good and made me feel good, too. Everything is so fresh, balanced, tasty, and (gasp!) healthy. The ancient grains bowl is phenomenal. I also sampled my friend’s Korean rice noodle bowl, and it’s also fabulous. I can’t wait to go back and try some of their other dishes! The prices here are very reasonable for what you get. In fact, I’m shocked that their prices are so low considering the quality of the food and service.
