Good food. Service is phenomenal. Even when they get swamped and seem to be running like a blind chicken; they pull through with warm invitations, welcoming smiles, and superb service accuracy. Thank you to whomever wrote the inspirational note on my cup. It was wise and inspiring. Allow me to return the favor...to whom may read this:  “Make happy those who are near, and those who are far will come.”

My daughter's are picky eaters and love to change their complex palates on daddy and everywhere we go nobody gets their cheeseburger orders correct. This place killed it last night. The 4 of us had a $66.00 order and they literally got every single thing correct. Not only did they get all the substitutions right but they had the nicest most courteous staff on hand taking care of us. My girls and wife have made this our new favorite fast food place in all of KC. Highly recommend this place because the food is always top quality and delicious but the key thing is their awesome customer service. It rings true to this day that it's not just what you say, but how you say it. Good customer service is so hard to come by now a days and this place sets the bar. Love it.

Ate here while visiting family in Kansas City. Got a burger, fries, and a drink. Fed five folks for a great price and the food was very good. This chain is apparently well-thought of in the area, but being from the East Coast we were not familiar with it. Definitely worth a stop if you need a quick bite and you will not spend too much. Am a little disappointed that we didn't have any ice cream treats, which looked delicious. For a fast food joint, the service was great.

Always great, double burger, avacado bacon chicken on pretzel bun is a must try!

Upon entering the restaurant, my family and I were greeted by 7-8 Culver’s associates standing by to assist. The restaurant was busy this evening; however, the employees did a great job or assisting customers quickly and efficiently. As one employee took my family’s order, another worked to acquire the cups and kid’s drinks. This evening, my children selected kids meals, one with chicken/fries and the other a cheeseburger/fries. The meals were prepared well, hot, and tasty, per the kids. My wife ordered the chicken sandwich, which looked delicious, and according to her and my daughter, it was very good. I selected the double cheeseburger (picture). The meal with fries was prepared perfectly and hot. We dined outside this night; however, the inside of the restaurant appeared clean and organized, although it was busy. Before we left, my kids took advantage of the free ice cream that is part of the kids meals. Both ordered chocolate with either mini-m&ms and blue and white sparkles. The ice cream presentation was great, and I am sure it was delicious, because nothing was leftover.
