IHOP

I try to consider them being open for dine-in customers at this time to be a plus. However, with them running at 20 to 25% of the tables occupied, about half of the normal menu selections and as many employees as I observed working, the service was woefully slow. For someone on a lunch break, this is not good.
The service was good, once they made it to me, but the waiter only checked back once even though he walked by several times. Having been a waiter / server myself, I saw need for improvement given the number of customers in the area.
I know everyone is still coming up to speed again so I will visit again later. I just wanted to make my observations known.

Wonderful service! Food was hot and came quickly after ordering. Waiter was attentive but not aggressive. Restaurant was clean, bright, inviting and the bathroom was so clean! We've made the IHOP stop a tradition after any morning appointments. The ability to split a meal without an additional charge makes it extremely affordable!

The server we had did not write anything down. Then it caused our orders to be wrong. He didn't check on us. And he kept our coin change. No discount was offered for the inconvenience. When we got our correct food, it was delicious. And it got remade in a decent amount of time. We have been to this location a couple times with no issues though. I won't knock them for his mistakes.
