Red Lobster

I'm going to start this out with the fact that I can not review most of their menu due to allergies. My wife loves sea food and I can only go with her once or twice a year, so this year we opted to try the delivery. The food showed up and everything was there except part of the wife's order, so I called and spoke to Lindsey who got me in touch with the Manager, Cam. Cam returned my call promptly and was cordial to talk to on the phone. I know that it can be difficult in taking a call about something missing from an order, but Cam was easy to talk to and very willing to make things right. I appreciate the customer service and thus the review. We will surely be back. Oh, and the food was pretty good!

The food here is wonderful and the server Carlos was awesome! I got to meet the lobster before he got cooked, which tasted wonderful and was cooked perfectly! I also had the jumbo shrimp cocktail which also tasted really good! And the cheddar biscuits tasted good as always. I highly recommend this Red Lobster!

We came in the thick of Saturday night dinner rush hour, and though it took 50 mins to be seated we still had a good time. Our server, Parker, was amazing. He was very kind and informative, and checked in with us often but not too often so that is was annoying. He had many tables and yet I still felt like he was incredibly attentive, even if it was just him swinging by to refill my tea without a word. A different person brought out our drinks, and my boyfriend was about a 1/4 way through before he was convinced enough that it wasn't the right beer. He brought it to Parker's attention and all he did was look at the coloring of it and agreed it was definitely not the right beer. So quickly brought him a new one! The food was pretty good, as it was my first time eating lobster AT Red Lobster. We started out with the Lobster Artichoke Dip, and it was okay. There were definitive pieces of lobster in it but it was pretty soupy. I wish it was thicker (as a dip) and had chunkier pieces of artichoke! But it was still yummy! We both had the Ultimate Feast and everything was great. We didn't have to wait a long time for anything to come out, even though they were slammed. The cooks were doing great as the food was great! It was my first time having the Ultimate Feast and I think next time we will forget about the appetizer because there was just SO much food.

So if you go to this location just hope you get sat with Parker! He's great!

This visit to Red Lobster was not bad. The Lee's Summit location can get very busy. We waited less than ten minutes. Our waitress was very attentive. The food coming out of the kitchen was a little slow, but we visited during a promotion. The food was pretty tasty and what you would expect from red lobster.
