The Egg & I Restaurants

We had an 80 and 85 birthday celebration for my wife's parents in Less Summit MO and had breakfast at The Egg Resturant. It is a very popular place and well deserved.

Awesome breakfast. Server was very friendly and the food came out fast. Lots of healthy options and some really nice breakfast things you don’t normally find on breakfast menus. Coffee was good and looks like they also have a pretty good lunch menu.

It was ok! We had a little bit of a wait, which is to be expected on a Sunday. The staff was all pleasant. The French toast was the best meal between the two dishes. I would never order the breakfast burrito again. The inside of the burrito was so hot which leads me to believe they stuck it in the microwave. It was still edible, but quite bland. The potatoes were good. Our waitress was super nice, but failed to give us silverware, so my daughter was unable to drink her hot chocolate. I give it 3 stars because the French toast was yummy and the staff had great attitudes!

This was my first time here. I was greeted and seated immediately. Warm, welcoming atmosphere. My server was very friendly and made good recommendations. I decided on the Strawberry and Banana Waffle entree, which came with two eggs, cooked to order, and your choice of bacon or sausage. It was very good. I had a good experience will come back to visit again.
