    We ordered dinner tonight online. I went and picked it up but didn't check the order. I was missing a sandwich and my order was a little messed up. No big deal. I called, they answered the phone with an apology. Right away said they realized the mistake and they made it right. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you for taking care of your customers!!

    The food was good but the staff was not wearing their masks properly. As a nurse I know how and to be effective we need to wear them correctly. Noses have to be covered!

    First time trying Firehouse subs, I never should have waited so long. By far the best sub sandwich I've ever had, the brisket was moist and tender. It had a lot of great flavor, and a little Sweet Baby Ray's to top it off. Don't put it off like I did, treat yourself to a Firehouse sub as soon as you can.

    Not only was the girl who made my sub super nice and gorgeous, but the cheese steak with added olives and jalapenos was possibly the best sandwich I've ever eaten.
