First Watch - Blue Springs

Long wait for food, but it was worth it, and amazing drinks!

I often take my friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is tasty and the crew is generous and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we pass a gorgeous time. highly recommended.

Local, fresh foods served here. Open, lots of light, and a good place for lunch with a friend. The service has always been friendly, though sometimes it takes more time than others. Price and portions are reasonable.

First watch is always good. I did get the veggie burger this time, but wished I had gotten something else. It tasted like a frozen veggie burger I could have made here at home. I remember a restaurant in kc that closed, made their own veggie burger in house. I think my expectations were just too high. If you are vegetarian, I would avoid it and just get the avocado toast or something else.

Busy but sat quickly. Service was top notch! All plates came fairly quick and were very delicious. Items were not super heavy but fresh and tasty at the same time.
