What a wonderful cafe and location. The prices on non dairy coffee additives is the best in the city. The coffee was excellent and service outstanding. Thanks for the welcoming atmosphere without the tax to not drink milk. This is our new coffee shop.

We stopped by for some coffee and pastries and were delighted. The pastries we had were perfectly delicate and flaky and delicious. What a perfect place to meet with friends. They have something on the menu for everyone: coffee, tea, beer, wine and spirits. We are planning to return for dinner, as we overheard patrons rave about the potatoes. The owner, Barry, is friendly and welcoming. Le Cafe Bleu makes a very nice addition to downtown Blue Springs.
