Texas Roadhouse

Great food and service. Elizah made sure we were happy with everything. He checked on us. This was another great experience at Texas Roadhouse. Compliments to the entire staff and kitchen.

Walked in at 8:15 so there was no wait and wasn’t busy. Ordered drinks pretty quickly after sitting down then waited almost 15 minutes for drinks to show up. Ordered appetizers and our meals. The salad with my meal came out several minutes before our appetizer. Then less than a minute after the appetizer showed up we started getting food from other tables that we clearly didn’t order. While eating we sat with an empty beer for almost 10 minutes before a manager stopped by and checked in. After telling him very politely we weren’t having the amazing experience we normally have he ordered me another beer that I didnt Ask for and charged me for it. Definitely not impressed with this visit after so many amazing visits in the past.

It was great to get back. Service was quick and friendly as usual. Our food was delicious, steak prepared perfectly. We watched a young man sanitizing all the menus, salt & pepper shakers. Greatly appreciate that they are taking our health and safety seriously.

I am not sure how this place does it, for as busy as they usually are, but they just never let me down. Ordered some steak and ribs to go, steak was cooked just right. The ribs were the standout though. They were just like the ones my Grandpa used to grill up in his backyard many moons ago. Real KC style bbq. The lady who took my order over the phone was very nice as well. Thanks for knocking it out of the park again TX Roadhouse.

The food was amazing. Service was great and quick. They were jam packed that day after being open for an hour on Valentine’s Day. I’d say we were in an out in about an hour and a half from wait time to walking out the front door. ???? bone-in ribeye was on point!
