On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

I love the $8.99 unlimited taco deal. I've had it twice and it is incredible. My spouse went with me when there was also an unlimited enchilada deal. The chips and salsa are perfect. And no meal is complete without an order of sopapillas and honey. The place offers great value and incredible taste. The rice and beans with our orders were beyond perfection.

We had shrimp tacos and the grilled fish. The meat was good. The rice and beans were below average. The salsa was just tomato sauce, almost no detectable spices or onions or peppers. The service was good. Meals were about $12 plus your drink. In California or Texas this place would last about one month. Here in Missouri people don't know so much what good Mexican food is

Very good visit. Our server Lewis was excellent, best we have had anywhere we have eaten. Food great loved the Sampler plate. 5 stars wasn't even enough. Thank you again, will definitely be back and recommend anyone to eat here, thanks again Lewis great service.

Celebrated a birthday party here this afternoon with eight people. The facilities seemed well maintained, the dining area was clean, and the outside of this establishment is in decent shape. The staff and food are good as expected here. Our waitress did very well, not hoovering but drinks and chips were not allowed to empty. We all enjoyed our food and everyone had a good time. We will definitely visit again sometime.

We had a great dinner. I had the ultimate fajitas and they were delicious. The only reason for 4 stars is I don’t like the salsa. It is too hot and needs for flavor. The server was super friendly and the food came out fast. Thank you for an overall pleasant experience.
