(August 8, 2019, 6:16 pm)Employees at this restaurant are some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Great food and great service. Having eaten there many times it is sometimes understaffed. The company needs to work on making certain there are enough people on the job for good service. Otherwise this is one of the best restaurants in Carthage, Missouri. Righ up there with the Bamboo Garden. Great service and good food.

(July 15, 2019, 9:40 pm)About 10 to 15 of us went to the Pizza Hut Sunday after church. We all received great food and service. Later learned that the chef both made and served us because his help had not come in. I don't know how he prepared everything, served us, kept our drinks filled and got all our orders right. This Hut in Carthage is a cut above!

Did have one thing. Girl at register was going to over charge for salad bar with our pizza. Had to ask for menu to show her it was wrong price.
Still good pizza and salad. -
(May 29, 2019, 6:26 pm)Not the pizza hut we grew up on. But with the right people working it Is generally a positive experience. I live in Joplin and if I am going to eat pizza I usually drive to this location.
