    Great service ashley is great even tho she had a rough night with the moron that yelled at here bout not selling alchohol after midnight joplin has a lot of stupid people. Ashley hang in there and thanks for sharing with me , people can be stupid . Just remember be firm in your policies .

    I went in this afternoon to load money on my Netspend card. Only to discover that the money never went to my card. Long story short it is something to do with the 3rd party. But Damian was amazing. He did everything he could to help me figure out what was going on, even though it is still a process that I have to go through, his customer service skills definitely are amazing. Coming from a managers perspective, You guys have a great employee on your hands.
