“Great tasting pizza. Bread sticks were hard on bottom, had to remove the top from the bottom to eat, also the cinnamon sticks. Pasta was dry and hard around the edges and bottom. I was a Pizza Hut manager 4 times from 1977 - 1986 in different states. We have eaten at this location many times in the last 6 years. Never had this happen before.”

“I have been to this location 3 times since it has opened and the first two times my food was over cooked/seemed old and the third time was better however almost cold and I didn't get my pies I ordered. “I love this location & staff is always great. But their clothes are always dirty & they go back & fourth from register to food without washing hands. Additionally, this location is a contributor to St. Jude's & I love & respect them for it. But their is nothing notable to this fact or even a box to drop your change in. If they would make these 2 changes, not only would I give them 5 stars, but they could/would help out at Jude's so much more then the occasional collection.”

Even during the lunch rush the drive through line moves quickly and they have your food ready when you get to the window. I did have to wait once but that was because I had a large order, but even then I didn't wait as long I would have at one of the other "Fast Food" establishments.”

I love a good Reuben and though I have had good ones from here with plenty of kraut and drip down your chin dressing this last trip there was hardly any kraut and it was dry because of the sparce amount of dressing. I wish it was consistent because I can get this sandwich elsewhere and stick to Arby's for roast beef.”

I love the staff as they are very friendly and helpful when trying to select which sauces and combos to choose, but the price for the buffet is too high. “We had a wonder T-bone and sirloin steak dinner. Both were cooked perfectly and great flavor. Megan was the best server we have had in a very long time. “My family and I stopped here for Easter dinner on our way home to Ohio from Texas. It was our first time at a Rib Crib as we don't have any here in Ohio. We loved it! “My client goes everyday to play the same game, he's only there for about 30 minutes if that. They were doing a discount for him since he only stays for 30 minutes instead of the hour, now because corporate hasn't gotten back to the manager they're no longer giving him the half off for the power hour play. I know it's not the managers fault but seriously you could try harder.”

“Fancy, clean, and professional. This restaurant is better than an Olive Garden for sure. The food taste great and the portion size was adequate. The only downfall was the service. I watched the hostess walk away from the stand and saw numerous people standing there waiting for someone to seat them. I eventually saw a server go over to help seat the customers. Mark was our server, he did a great job and did well on checking on us periodically. The only problem with Mark wasn't very personable and sometimes seemed cold. But still 4/5 stars!”

“Logan’s.. one of the few places I go regularly. Their customer service is always incredible. They’re at your table before you even have a chance to need a refill or extra bread. Which let me say.. their bread and butter is to die for. Careful though! You will eventually eat too many. Next thing you know, your food is coming. Save room, fare warning. One moment you’re diving into the rolls and then boom, you’re stuffed. Once you make it to the food you’ll be drowning in flavor. Best to wear a life vest, trust me on this one. The atmosphere is southern with a modern feel.”
