    We just had a Voyager grand insert installed last week and I could not be happier with every part of the buying experience from Arnold Stove and Fireplace. Tricia was very knowledgeable and friendly and the guys that installed it were on-time, careful, and could not have been nicer. We cant wait to start using it. If you are considering any kind of purchase like this we highly recommend you go see the folks at Arnold Stove, they were fantastic!

    My kids purchased a fireplace insert for me as a Christmas present. When I visited to pick out the actual insert, I was very impressed by their selection, friendliness and knowledge of the products. We scheduled the install, and it was completed as promised - they arrived right on time, made zero mess, completed on time and I was left with a beautiful fire in my fireplace :-) The installers were very nice and explained how everything worked. I highly recommend their products and services to everyone! Great job guys - I love my remote control too!
