(July 30, 2019, 3:04 pm)Steak & Shake in Arnold is a well run operation where you get excellent food at very reasonable prices plus discount coupons on many selected items are available in newspapers. Service is fairly quick and tipping is encouraged and deserved. Food is delicious and you can go in, use the drive thru or order to take home at a special counter near the register.

(June 17, 2019, 6:07 pm)Food was good and hot, service was friendly. However... they forgot two items from our order. Then when we asked them to fix it, we also pointed out we had no ketchup at the table, and they never brought any.
