Kettelhut's Smokehouse

If you love smoked meat, then this is the place for you. Bring your appetite, because this place does not disappoint. The staff is very nice, and the food is brought out quick. Best of all, you cannot beat the price for the quality, and abundance of food you get. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Went for the first time this week. Spectacular. Awesome smokehouse burger. Great smokey taste and the smoked bacon on it...wow! Came with two sides, both of which were also excellent. Prices are great! You can’t beat the amount of food and the quality of it at the price point.

We are visiting St. Louis while on vacation. We decided to take a day trip down to the Johnson shut ins. This is the perfect stop for dinner on your way back into the city! The food was amazing and so was the service. Carl made us feel right at home and answered all of our questions about the menu. We definitely recommend the deep fried corn!!! Everything is made from scratch including this delicious pecan caramel cheesecake (must try)!!

Decent BBQ joint if you are in the area. Food was a little dry, but we'll seasoned. Staff was friendly. Their house sauce was excellent. Stop by if you are passing through and need a break!

The pulled pork was so tender and delicious. We tried all of the sauces and loved them all. My husband is originally from North Carolina and was really happy with the Carolina style sauce. The fried potatoes and onions were so good. The baked beans (not pictured) were homemade and not just can beans reheated like most places do anymore. Really great!
