    The manager Cindy @ the Festus MO location was so helpful. We had accidentally placed our order for the incorrect location (Fenton, MO) & attempted to reach the Fenton location multiple times to cancel our order & we were unable to get in contact with them after 6+ phone calls. So Cindy @ the Festus location went out of her way to reach the Fenton location & gave us our food on the house for the inconvenience of tue Fenton store. That was so kind of her to do. Cindy deserves a promotion!

    St. Louis Bread company is always an excellent place to eat! My salad was delicious and made exactly as I ordered but my soup (broccoli cheddar) was way too thick and not very hot!) Normally I would have asked them to reheat but I just took it home with me. That has never been my experience with any of your soups before. It was on a Thursday at about 5:45 PM and they were not very busy. That's why 4 stars vs 5. Everybody was very polite, friendly and professional! I love my Panera and will most definitely be back.

    Only one person working the register, it's pretty sad when an 11 yr old says that they should have one more person to help get the food. I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese brioche which I love, however, this time... no bacon! How disappointing! Especially when I spent $30 on my total order and it wasn't like the cooks were busy so there's no need for mistakes. The pastry ring looks delicious as does the chocolate chip muffie and campfire s'more bar. Just really disappointing when the only thing for me was messed up.
