Fuji Sushi

This restaurant is hidden right off the highway in northern Jefferson County by an Urgent Care and gas station. When we entered, we were the only patrons due to a heavy storm. The eight of us enjoyed a delicious dinner of maki, sashimi, gyoza, rangoons, edamame, teriyaki and actually a lot more. This is a reasonably priced Japanese restaurant right up the interstate. Next time you have a hankering for Asian fare, I would recommend trying this quaint establishment.

Fuji Sushi is a wonderful place to eat! A small comfortable environment with good service and amazing food. They have a large menu to pick from that has many different kinds of Asian food, not just sushi. I have gone there twice and enjoyed the service both times. The food is the best of this genre I have ever had; I recommend trying the pineapple shrimp fried rice.

Best Crab Ragoon and soup in the area. Reasonable lunch prices. Friendly service and food was prepared fast.

I’m Hawaiian and I’m had some bad sushi in Missouri and this sushi is very good. Sometimes I forget I’m in Missouri and think I’m in Hawaii. I love eating here????
