Heroes Restaurant & Pub

I love Heroes! Very unique food located in downtown Warrensburg. Great service and very friendly waiters. Might be a college town but very family friendly restaurant. I 10/10 recommend to anybody looking for a nice place to eat!

This restaurant is my favored. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this place I go the most. The team is very professional and the cooking they cook is so appetizing. I never miss an opportunity to have a good meal in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

I have loved Heroes for many years, even loved the one when it was in Clinton. I went there yesterday with my two friends and it was a hot day. My friends wife had to use bathroom before she sat to order her drink and food. Our waiter was training a new girl to be a waitress there. While she was in restroom, her husband was asked what he wanted to drink he told our waiters he wanted water, he said he had to wait til his wife came back to get her drink order. She comes back and she says water please!! As he is walking away with his trainee I hear him say ,we waited all that time for just freaking water. I am like seriously, you are that close to us and you say something rude like that. I am not giving you a bad review, cause you food is amazing and never had a issue with your help until yesterday. Please pass on to your employee , that being a waiter takes patience, I have been one in the past and trust me it takes a lot. Thank you again for your amazing food and atmosphere.

Definitely enjoyed my time here. The food was tasty and the servers were nice and attentive. The menu had various options I would like to come back and try. All in all I definitely enjoyed and plan on coming back for seconds.

I am a UCM Alumni and love going to Heroes whenever I'm in town. I always have an excellent experience there. However, my last visit was quite the opposite. I visited this past Tuesday afternoon. I ordered wings & fries. They were terrific as always and to this point the service was great (Leesa A. was our server). After lunch a friend came down and joined me since I was getting ready to head back to KC. We ordered a round of drinks and it took forever to get them. It made no since either because the restaurant was EMPTY! We ordered another round, waited 15 MINUTES, never recieved them, and eventually walked out. It seemed almost like they wanted us to leave so they wouldn't have to help us or do anything. So, we left. Very disappointing having that lapse in customer service after being such a loyal customer for so long!
