Generations Cafe

This was my second visit. I could not forget about their mushroom soup from the last visit. And I won't forget about my visit today until the next time. The peach cobbler at the end was also sublime. It is very crowded with a long wait on Sundays right after church. The people of Higginsville cannot be wrong. Just go there but not at noon on Sunday.

We had chicken fried steak. corn and a salad. The food was great, atmosphere homey, waitresses very nice. Only problem is that this is a popular place and you might have to wait to be seated. It's on an honor system, no number or name taking. But it wasn't too long of a wait.

We were looking for a new place to try as we were driving through town we spotted this cafe. I am so glad we did! They had the sweetest staff and amazing breakfast food! I can't wait to go again and try other things.

The restaurant was very nice and the people were friendly. Allowed us a family of 6 to sit at a big round table in the center of the room. Service was wonderful and the food was fantastic. If you get the chance order the tenderloin it's huge. I had to take half of it home. We will eat there again everytime I go through

The best place in higginsville for breakfast . They have really good biscuits and gravy and their steak and eggs are really good too. And the steak was cooked perfectly.great service and great atmosphere and all around a great place to eat.
