Was on my way to Silver Dollar City and missed my exit in Mt. Vernon and was routed to exit 49 to Chesapeake. As I was driving on my re routed path, i noticed a gas station approaching and decided to stop in to pick up some goodies for the kids. As I walked in, to my left I noticed a seating area filled with people chatting and enjoying their breakfast. I thought this was pretty neat that there were regulars coming here to have breakfast. Everyone seemed friendly and overall the atmosphere of this place was very welcoming. I picked up a couple of things for the kids, and did notice the place was going through some remodeling. From what I understand the place is under new management and I am excited to come back and see what changes have been man. Next time I am out that way I will try breakfast or lunch.

Are ya kidding? This place is freakin' throwback AWESOMENESS. Ya got tables in here to sit, grab some nosh, and even SMOKE inside! I even sat down and filled out an application for hire. Hope I'm comsidered. :)
