Big Sticky's BBQ

Big selection of meat. Everything we've tried has been very good. Above average sides. It's easy to miss the sign, but they have a separate counter in the back that sells ice cream.

Good ribs. Great turkey if you can ever catch it when they actually have any. Pricey but worth it overall. Much better than the other bbq place in Troy with nowhere to sit.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my wife. We got pulled pork sandwiches. We had potato salad and cheesy potatoes. Overall very tasty. Sticky's sauce sent it over the top. At first bite it seemed it was going to be a tad too sweet. After digging in a bit more the sweet gives way for savory to make its home in your mouth. Very impressive and complex sauce. The atmosphere inside is very cool. You walk to the front door passing the smoker and the kitchen. Rustic wood decor. Very nice place. Will be back!

Surprisingly high quality BBQ and sides, with a great house sauce and a bonus ice cream shack/shaved ice stand inside! For a different eat, try the smoked meatloaf sandwich, or more traditional the sliced brisket!

Good stuff in any direction you throw rib bone! Get in there...

Great atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Also have an ice cream place inside. Fun!
