Updated review: After numerous bad experiences with this store, I think they may have gotten their act together. I finally got Casey's corporate to respond. New manager for the Belle Casey's called & said they would address the problems. I'm upgrading my review from 1 star to 3, on a " let's wait & see" basis. So far so good. All of the issues here were with ordering pizza. Apparently I'm on a long list of those complaining. From refusing to answer the phone. Leaving the phone off the hook when there is a ballgame or other busy times, to not honoring pick up times & more.
Sometimes they just said..." We didn't make your pizza!!! No call. No notice. Nothing.
Anyway, the new manager seems to have gotten this under control.
I suggest using the Casey's App if you want to order food.
All other services here are usually fine.

Employees are mentally challenged or just ignorant & rude. If you order pizza here,,,,,good luck. I hope you don't mind waiting an extra 45 minutes to an hour later than they tell you your carry out will be ready. A favorite trick they have here is to leave the phone off the hook so you can't order. If you try to use the Casey's App to order, they will tell you when you arrive they didn't make your Pizza for all kinds of reasons. When asked why they don't call back or email they treat you rudely & throw your receipt in the trash. I've contacted Casey's Corporate many times and they ignore all complaints about this store. IT IS ONLY THIS CASEY'S STORE IN BELLE MISSOURI. All other Casey's I've dealt with have been professional and a pleasure to deal with. There is a Subway store across the street. I recommend you go there and avoid this store.
