The Flame Diner

We went to the flame today for lunch my husband and I, and it was quite delicious and delightful! I noticed the addition of a new waitress I had never met and she was very pleasant and diligent about her job. The food was great with the exception of actual real mashed potatoes which you can't hardly find anywhere they're always flakes. But the breading on the chicken was light and crispy and perfect and I appreciated her mentioning the extra amount of time it would take to Fresh fry the chicken which was no problem for me. Their iced tea was absolutely delicious! And we had shakes for dessert so I'm really ready for a nap right now but I want everyone to know how enjoyable it was and having someone Pleasant and smiling is always nice whenever you're giving of your hard-earned money.

You get good food for a low price

Very good food and a great menu at great prices.

There breakfast is very good and very worth the money you spend. The service is good too! We never had to ask for anything, very attentive!

I did not hate this place. I was simply disappointed one time I a chicken fried steak. Me just didn't seem very good and it was a little greasy but other than that the biscuits and gravy were good you know the potatoes everything else was great and I love their new atmosphere and menu is just unbelievable in the short time they've been here I think they're doing a great job!
