    I have a detox shake ( using my superfood list for my blood type ) 3x a week!
    They are healthy and yummy !!
    I appreciate the Very knowledgeable staff whose heart is to see people live healthy lives ♥️♥️♥️

    Love the smoothies, the protein balls & the service. You can also grab an energy tea if you need to boost your day.

    I always have a the best experience at The table! Great place to go and they treat you like part of the family! The Teas are my favorite and the price can’t be beat! Can’t wait to try the salads next!! #Healthy❤️
