Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I know a lot of people hate on Olive Garden, but I love it! They're food is always good, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is wonderful! Tina, who is in charge of catering, is out of this world AMAZING!!! If you ever need something catered call her, she will definitely take care of you!

We were there around 7 o’clock last Saturday night the parking lot was almost completely full yet they had a seated in less than 15 minutes.. our waiter and all the waiters were working together with smiles on their faces. I was very impressed from the head waiter to the hostess to the lady that seated us to the people that cleaned up because they were working together so well they were able to serve more people. The atmosphere was wonderfully happy. The restaurant was clean and well cared for and the bathrooms were very clean. The food was good as always !! I was just very impressed with the atmosphere and the way the whole staff was working together. I will definitely go back when I’m in Joplin. A+.

Good food & service as always. We want to say thank you to Olive Garden for offering free meals to Veteran's. My Veteran husband greatly appreciated it. When we walked in to Olive Garden in Joplin on Veteran's Day, Colton, the manager & quite a few of the staff met us at the door & thanked my husband for his service.

We went at 9pm so it wasn't very busy. We had a great server. Eric was his name. He made our evening. He was very nice and professional. He helped us decide, answered questions, made suggestions, was prompt and polite. I highly recommend Eric. We loved everything about our visit and are going back soon.

This place was alright. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The bread sticks (of course) were great! I ordered cheese ravioli and it was okay. The ravioli were kind of tough and cold. It just seemed a little stale. The meat sauce was really good but I can't say the ravioli was something to be excited about. The group I went with agreed with that consensus as well. I love Olive Garden and the people here were great but the meal was not near the best I've had at this chain.
