Super Kudos to Jenny & staff. On National Coffee day craziness, late afternoon, long lines, & app fails YET everyone was happy, kind, helpful, & great! Jenny went out of her way to help when our apps were crashing from overload!

Have been a regular and consistent lover of Starbucks coffee, despite their overemphasized and unwelcomed political and social agendas, for 25 years. I have sought out Starbucks all over the US and other countries and have been pleased every time that I can recall. This Starbucks totally misses the mark, however. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte today and it was AWFUL. The coffee tasted completely burnt, it was not sweet and it was so strong this coffee lover stopped drinking at the halfway point. At $5/cup I was reluctant to throw it away. When I got home I decided to doctor it up with milk, sweet cream and white chocolate syrup. After putting it in the microwave, which I should never have done given the cup was super hot, the drink was tolerable. The drive thru is extremely slow and it took 15 minutes to get one drink. I would have gone in but they still require masks which I'm totally over. Will opt for Zinc or Joplin avenue coffee company unless this Starbucks can step it up.

Best drive thru experience. Good flow and pleasant crew during peak time.
