    Accomodations were old and outdated very little soap in room. Plenty of towels though. The people working there were very nice. Food at restaurant was very good. Reasonably priced

    WiFi didn’t work but that’s ok.
    Very clean room, safe and secure.
    Nice and quiet.
    Great food at cookie’s!

    Theodosia Missouri beautiful place. Quiet, yet full of friendly ppl. Water body is bull shoals lake.

    Amazing service super nice staff and very helpful. We had a great time. Would recommend and will for sure come back!

    Love this place it's free to swim and fish. The waters is very warm and the COOK'S are very good people there are hotel room ,campgrounds,rental cabins, and day camping spots
