“Ice machine was over flowing on to the floor creating a huge mess with no effort to clean it, so full you couldn't get your cup under it to fill drinks. Girl who finished up our sandwiches named Hope was extremely rude, slammed things around when I asked for more than a strip of sauce on my sandwich, sloppily put sandwiches together so that they fell apart immediately after unwrapping them. Very poor customer service.”

“Love Taco Bell but this location has a reputation for unpredictable service. The staff is always friendly which is awesome. But you are never quite certain if you are going to get what you ordered or not. The lobby generally has better accuracy than the drive through. Very rarely will you order be 100% correct at the drive through window. The lobby is usually clean but the staff will often get absolutely snowed under every rush hour. The place is always SO busy. I think we need at least a second TBELL in sedalia to take a little pressure off of this store.”

“I was very pleased. I went in on 8-12-9019 around 1230pm. Went to the counter and had a wonderful greeting. Super nice people. We got buffet and the kitchen staff immediately went and checked and started refilling it with fresh items and topping off cold items that were low. It was very clean. The chips are very tasty. The salsa is a bit on the mild side for me. BUT, I simply asked if they had a spicier salsa and out it came. Awesome evening for a good price. Military discount available.”
