Huddle House

This place is hit or miss with food. What i do like is the fact i can get sweet potato fried here! I have learned to ask about the gravy as one time the biscuits and gravy was a brown color!

First off, the taste and look of the food is what one should expect from this type of restaurant. The staff, which was two people that day, were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. The floors, tables, and bathrooms were clean. The parking lot is clean. It is easy to see this place in normal traffic. It is also easy to get in and out of the parking lot. It was good for the price. There were four people in my group, we were the only customers. Our order was taken in a timely manner. There were three things that I did find unacceptable. Firstly, after taking our order the waitress started sweeping the floor, which is good, but she proceeded to sweep around our table. By default, dust is kicked up when sweeping. Luckily, our food was not on the table yet. I will give the waitress a little leeway, she was young and was probably only doing what was asked of her. Secondly, it took way to long for our order to be prepared. It probably took about 25 minutes. Mind you, we were the only customers in the restaurant. Finally, one persons food was not right. She ordered her sandwich with no cheese. Unfortunately the sandwich had melted cheese on it. The waitress offered to correct the order when we brought it to her attention, but we declined because of how long it took us to get our food in the first place. I would recommend this place, the quality, quantity and taste if the food to the price is fair.

I had a burger with some fruit. Burger was good, no complaints there. The fruit left something to be desired however. Of course, you don't go to huddle house for the fruit. Staff is nice and punctual enough. Have a bite, not a waste of time by any stretch of the imagination.

We go for dinner, and every time you can expect great service from the waitresses.. Always smiling, they check on you make sure everything is fine which it always is. Food is great. Great place to eat.. CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF.. ENJOY
