    Been at this IHOP twice now. It's fairly new, like just been built in the last couple years. Food was really good as you would expect from IHOP. The best part is that they have Gluten friendly foods on menu.

    This is my favorite location. Great food and service every visit. Also the servers have always stayed on top of everything. Bringing us refills or anything else we may need and have always been friendly.

    As always this was an absolutely wonderful breakfast. I had the Split Decision, with French Toast and 2 Pancakes as well as scrambled eggs and Sausage. This was an absolutely delicious meal and a very enjoyable experience. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the server wasn't very attentive as I had to wait for a bit before I got a refill on my Splashberry drink.

    Management must have updated since last time I went because it was a great experience this time. Quick seating especially for a Sunday. Polite service with management check ups. Food took longer than I would have liked but it tasted wonderful and was nice and hot!
