Steamboat bistro

Great stop for a sandwich. The burger was nothing too fancy but surprisingly delicious. I understand that this is a relatively new location. But i think that once they get settled in, this will become a happening place.

The Steamboat Bistro [on 1st], is a new edition to tiny Clarksville. Having the opportunity to try it out was a pleasure, and I would recommend it! We plan to return next time we're in the area.
We tried both the pork and steak ribeye meals and thoroughly enjoyed it all, the green beans in butter with bits of bacon were specifically delicious. The pork came with a sweet apple glaze, which wasn't noted on the menu, but we really liked it.
There are a few areas for growth that are likely a result of the business being so new (having a more detailed menu, adding some background music, making sure everyone working there understands the menu items - and if they are unavailable).
The drinking water should be higher quality - there is a high sulfer content in the tap water that isn't completely removed from the drinking water we were served. I'm not too picky personally, but I was a bit taken off guard by the taste/smell.
Overall, the staff was very friendly and the food full of flavor!
