Subway

What saved this from being a 2 or 1 star review was the new employee in training, Tony. He was the 3rd person I am in contact with during my visit. There were 2 females serving 2 other customers so we waited patiently for our turn. It wasn't busy at all and we weren't in a rush. Some snooty blonde came out of the back, glared at us, and yelled into the back for the new trainee to come out to help. I was still unsure of what I wanted since I was reading the new menu so I let my boyfriend order first. When my turn came, I started my order. The girl who made the first half of my sandwich barely spoke. Once our food was paid for, and my sandwich pulled out of the oven the 3 women went into the back leaving the trainee alone. He was very courteous and asked questions. He took his time to make sure my sandwich was done right and I really appreciated that. I thanked him and told him what a good job he did. So the new kid, Tony, was AMAZING. The 3 women, however, need retraining on customer service. I was a manager for 4 years and never would I have let my employees be so rude and snarky.

This Subway is excellent! They still make regular pizzas (not just a flatbread pizza). I have never gotten bad food or meat. They have great service. Even when they're busy the employees try hard to get you taken care of. I reccomend this Subway!

Why cant subway do any training at all. I wanted the new chibata Italian sandwich and I ask for it as advertised and I apparently grew a 3rd head and demanded a blood sacrifice. I don't now what's supposed to be on the sandwich, and if I have to come up with the new sandwich offerings the subway can start firing all their creative staff. Food was fine.

Subway always good for a lighter sandwich for lunch!!! Personnel could be a little more friendly!! Always really clean!!
