Staff is nice and welcoming. Prices are reasonable but I wish they had more doughnuts throughout the day. It seems like by 1pm they are out and not making anymore.

This place very clean, Donuts Waterbury presentable and very delicious.
The young lady that took my order suggested the butternut donut, said her father I really loves them and this is his favorite, all I can say is, this girl knows our business and this was a great recommendation, she was very nice very courteous and very kind all in all an employee to hold on to.

Update: It seems they have gotten the kinks out. The last three visits with my kids have gone extremely better. A great selection of donuts. The staff can be hit or miss on knowledge but they are typically still extremely friendly.

Constantly out of the basic donuts. I understand they are still very early in the grand opening process of this location, but they have failed to capture lots of potential sales.

The staff seems very under trained, not able to answer simple questions about the perks program. Either experienced staff from other locations should be here helping or area managers should be here helping. They have under estimated the crowds here.

My kids get a personal donut date with mom or dad each week, so I will keep coming back and the rating is fluid. If things begin to improve, they will get more stars!
