Didn’t really want to leave a review due to moonlight being a hidden gem I’ve frequented for several years.But the five stars were well deserved on a very busy night

(September 15, 2019, 10:14 pm)What a great experience! Our waiter was kind and attentive, water glasses always full. Everything we had was delicious. Spicy crab salad was the best I have ever had. Calamari fresh and not overcooked. The twins, spicy tuna, spicy squid and the Yummy roll all very good. Be prepared to spend about $10 per item but it is well worth it!

1: The sushi is fantastic, seriously. If you don't care for sushi this place could change your mind. It did with me ! My favorite rolls are the New York, Moonlight , Liberty, Monkey and Dragon roll, they are massive rolls!
2: Never packed, you can come here at any hour of the day and never wait or feel rushed.
3: The hibachi side is fantastic with the best seafood you can find in Kansas City.
4: cheaper priced.
5: Quiet bar with two TVs to watch a game with some drinks.
6: Bathrooms are always clean.
7: Never busy and we'll light parking lot that feels safe.
8: Great ventilation and enough room where the hibachi smoke will not stick to your clothes and you can walk out sent free.
9: The hibachi side does not lather butter over all the food items. A safety choice for dairy free eaters !
10: A nice , friendly staff that is not in a rush to take your order. Check out Moonlight. Bring a date, bring some friends and enjoy !
