    First of all, we are very happy to have a DQ in our neighborhood! During our recent visit, it took 20 minutes for them to make us a cone and a sundae. Also, the cashier hadn't been trained on how to ring up a gift card. I'm confident with management's focus, service will improve.

    The food and Blizzards were perfect. Short wait time and clean, positive atmosphere. The employees were very nice and pleasant. My compliments to the assistant manager on duty for a well run establishment.

    I'm the Evening # 9 ... To the Owner . Your lucky you've hit the Jackpot with your employees they are everything an employer could hope for. No fake smiles or attitude . Food served in a timely manner as well . Extremely clean store bathrooms etc . Thanks for adding value to the Community

    I went to the new Dairy Queen in Parkville the day after it opened, and I waited 45 minutes in the drive through but the burgers were worth it. DO check your food because I ordered a kid's meal and asked for no cheese and it was on the receipt but they still put it on it and I had I had to scrape it off. To their benefit they gave me a free meal the next time.
