Before we started eating healthier and before the pandemic we ate out more often and this particular Arbys was a favorite. My fiance and I have reached and/surpassed our weight goals so far the very occasional treat we get something not on our meal plan.
Now we unfortunately don't live in Bolivar and on this particular occasion I decided to get something different (mistake)&went through the drive through (also a mistake). We've been there 2x in the past 3 months and both times the order was messed up. The 1st one we ordered 3 French dips and got the order home and there was only a jus for 2 sandwiches. Easily fixed, we simply shared . Tonight was no bacon on my turkey and swiss add bacon hold the onions, but you guessed it I had plenty of raw onions (which I hate)zero bacon and of course I was charged for the invisible bacon.
When I called I get the "you can come back and we'll fix it". Sure I'll drive another 30+ minute round trip to pick up bacon or a different sandwich and completely miss our plans. Or swing by next time I'm in town and ask for bacon or 70 cents or a sandwich ?♀️.
On second thought how about getting it right the first time and possibly actually explaining or having a list or sending something for a free sandwich instead of just telling me your name and relying upon restaurant communication (which thus far is not impressive)to get a replacement sandwich or 70 cents or something.
Arbys has always been a favorite.
Sadly that's not the case any more.

Went through the drive through and got a big order. Staff was very polite, we did NOT have to wait at all. The manage hooked me up with coupons since my order was so big. Thank you for your outstanding services during the Covid-19 crisis. You are appreciated!!
The jalapeño poppers were good, as usual. But check your order before you leave the lot.
