The Hub Restaurant & Lounge

I've only been to a handful of German restaurants here in the states, but D.C. and other spots have nothing on The Hub!

Service with a smile, great food menu, greater satisfaction with the taste, pretty good beer selection, and over all, just a damn good place to spend your evening!

Suzie is the best around. We live her. The food is always great. Wonderful atmosphere and best desserts on earth.

We stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner (we’re retired). We were greeted by Susi and seated. I loved how she explained the menu and specials and went on to recommend her favorites. My husband had the pork shank, which was so impressive in sight and taste ! It was tender, yet a nice sear, served with homemade sour kraut and fried potatoes. I had the hunter schnitzel, served with spaetzle. It was the perfect thickness with a nice crisp coating. The mushroom sauce was perfect for the meat and spaetzle. In a nutshell , great food, friendly service and fair prices. We will return!

The hype was correct on this restaurant and we're so happy we finally tried The Hub tonight! I ordered the goulash and nearly fell out of my chair when the flavor hit my taste buds. There are steins and German decor to browse over as well as a dessert counter. Maybe next time we will save room for a sweet treat. Thank you for the great experience ♡

This place was AMAZING! We came here twice while in town visiting. Both times the food was spectacular! The seafood trio some of the best we've ever had as well as the platters & sauerkraut. The staff was not only friendly, they were very kid friendly, helpful and just overall outstanding! Especially Carol!! She went over, above & beyond. Thank you Carol!!! We brought local friends who loved it as well. We WILL be back next time we're in the area!!
