Everything was perfecttttttt!!Sooooooo i finally got to eat at CARSONS by chef Adam Glenn. and I just want to say it surpassed all the things I expected of it! And my expectations were high!! I've always loved adams work he is really taking fine dining to another level in this little town!! And his wife Carole is just the sweetest! Everything we had was so fresh. My love for food and cooking makes me pretty critical about my food but they hit every mark ! All the way down to the drinks! I had a mixed berry martini and it was seriously the best martini I ever had!! The bartenders know what they are doing!!! Those ladies are doing there thing for sure!! The atmosphere was so nice and inviting!! I just loved it so much!! I know where alot of my money is going now 🤣 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 carsons by chef Adam Carole Glenn

My husband and I ate at Carson's the first chance we got. Everything was amazing - the service, the drinks, and of course, the food. I can't count how many times we found ourselves commenting on how delicious everything was. I've seen other reviews mention the bread pudding...that wasn't available the night we were there, so I guess we're going to have to go back!

Not a good first impression. We will try it again after the new wears off and change the review as necessary. As of right now it’s basically “The Glenn” in a different building with higher prices and not as good food. Service was not great. Table wasn’t ready for an 8pm reservation when there were open tables in view. Had to ask for water, bread, and drinks as our waitress took our drink order and disappeared. Appetizer never made it to the table, tenderloin was cooked good but lacked flavor, and no steak knives. Never received a refill, asked if we needed any more to drink, asked if everything was ok, or if we needed anything else. Waitress showed with the bill at the end of the meal (after walking by and ignoring us the whole time we were there) to bring out the bill and informed us that we were “comped” for the appetizer that never came as if she did us a favor. A lot left to be desired with a $150 bill for two people. All in all not a good experience but we will try again.

Finally fine dining in Sikeston! For people like me who crave high quality ingredients, expertly chef prepared meals, and the best bartenders in town, you go to Carson's! The non food bonus is the building is beautifully restored and creates a socially alive and special space. You can taste and feel the love and passion that has been put into the food and space. What Sikeston has been missing is finally here and it's fabulous!
