Moe's Southwest Grill

My most recent visit was pretty good. The food is usually good. Sometimes they have issues with keeping all of the ingredients (chicken, steak, queso) in stock and ready to serve). Until I can visit 2 or 3 times with them being prepared and stocked, I cannot give a rating better than a 3.

I used to love Moes but it has gone down hill. My chicken was dry on the tacos and the chips were stale. Overall two small tacos for over $8 not a good deal.

I think they try really hard but it is just hard to go back often. The food is pretty good, the staff is nice but it is normally pretty dirty and a bit chaotic. It is also a bit pricy but you do get good portion sizes. I used to go all the time as their pork was great, but then they changed the recipe and had to switch to chicken. That can be hit or miss. Sometimes it is great and at times it is super dry. Again I think they try and I want the best for them.

My wife and I love Moe's but this location is definitely one of the most lackluster. We have had 3 different occurrences now where they have been out of rice and this was at like 6:30pm each time. One of those times they were out of rice completely while the other 2 times they were completely out of the cilantro lime rice. The food here is still really good its just frustrating to order food from a restaurant or go in and have them be out of such a basic item as rice.
