    All of their food is freshly prepared onsite. Everything I have eaten from there is very yummy & delicious. The staff is very knowledgeable and will recommend meals based on your health requirements. I highly recommend you check them out.

    I was looking for a good meal prep delivery company in St. Louis because I don’t have time to think about what to eat for lunch every day and struck gold with Fit 4 Me Foods.

    They have an amazing menu for anyone looking to make progress in the gym or to just eat healthy.

    Timely deliveries to downtown St. Louis and A+ quality on the steaks. 5 stars!

    The Steak meals are great! I've never been a big fan of Turkey but the chicken with rice or fajitas are really good. They cook every day now so meals are always very fresh.

    This is a great place to eat fresh prepared healthy food. They also sell CBD items which are very good for you. Clean and professional store. New owners and new staff.

    Met new owner, Rich, this afternoon. Really nice gentleman who was interested in helping me and my mom. I'd been to the store in the past and have been using the CBD oil for a while. Since then I'm off all the gabapentin and prescription pain pills. It's nice to have a local expert to answer my questions.
