    The food was really good. The service was great. The waitress was awesome and the manager there was super nice and went above and beyond.

    This visit was our first here and we will be back. The food was good as well as the service. Our server was very patient while we took forever to decide on what we wanted.

    Love it here. Pretty much as good as any IHOP except they do tend to seem to want to rush you out of your seat when they start to get busy. That's a little annoying but other than that a great place.

    I had an omelette with pancakes, which I could never possibly finish along with a vanilla iced coffee. Food was fresh and flavorful, served was friendly and attentive, and service was relatively fast. Would visit again!

    For a Fourth of July visit, the wait time wasnt long to be seated. Which was really nice. The waitress was super friendly and took care of us really well. The food was hot and fresh.
