Fazoli's

I LOVE the fazoli’s app , you get a free cheesecake with a purchase for your birthday, Anna and Taylor were very helpful explaining what came in dishes and i had great service first time here and i will be back!

Yesterday at about 7:30 I came in with my two kids to eat dinner. Every other store had no power and fazolis was up and running. It seems everybody came to eat there. When we went into the dining room there were dishes everywhere and not really to many clean tables. The staff was so friendly and cleared a table off for us and put us first. I know it was a busy night but they held it together and got the food out fast. Staff was wonderful and the food was great I will be coming back. Sameera I think her name was took care of me and my family and made sure I had bread while we waited for our food. Great food and service !!

I come here all the time a couple times a week actually. I seem to see all the same employees. Today I could tell they were short staffed (like always) but they are always polite and friendly. I appreciate how well these girls handle there shift today.

All of the staff we interacted with were both polite and friendly. However, it did appear they were short staffed, as it took at least fifteen minutes for our food to be delivered to our table. In addition, most of the tables around us still had dishes on them from the time we sat down to the time we left. My pepperoni pizza was fine and my wife enjoyed her alfredo bake.

We eat here often. Always fast service, good food. Pleasant eating area
