Clean, good service, no complaints. The food is ok. Nothing special. It's been years since I've visited . I remember the food being more exceptional.

We really enjoy going to eat at Pasta House, love the food. I signed up for the Frequent Diner Rewards and was approx. 10 points away from the $25 gift card. So when I went in there on 8/10/19, I received a slip of paper saying I had only 58 points. I asked the waiter to check again and he said that it was correct. I told him that I was in recently before this visit and I was only aprrox. 10 points away from getting the Gift card. He said the Manager updated the program and must have done something to erase. I am very disappointed in the program. You should not off this rewards program if you are not going to keep the points updated. I guess this is one way to not have to pay out the gift cards. I give 5 points for the food, 1 point for the rewards program.

This place is really hit & miss. I've been here about 5 times now. Sometimes everything is fine. The pasta & salad have been delicious. Other times service is so slow, & waitress disappears for huge gaps of time, too the point where you begin to think the waitress left & went home. I've been served BURNT chicken (not blackened, not grilled, but just plain burnt). So again, hit & miss.
