Pio's Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge

Great atmosphere...the bartender was very attentive, it was our 1st visit.
I can’t help but order eggplant everywhere I go. I love it, and don’t ever take the time to make it because it is so time consuming.
I ordered the Trout Almondine w/a side of eggplant and was not impressed at all. The bartender said that people love it, so I thought it was going to be great.
Fish wasn’t very good, dry and flavorless and I didn’t care for the eggplant at all.....the batter or breading had no flavor...seasoning.
The breaded artichokes were the best part of the meal.

We had a retirement party at Pio's last night. We had the upper meeting room and the service was spectacular... as were the pizzas! Basically in that room you have a private bar, so the drinks worked out perfectly. The room was clean, set up for 40 people... We set up a slide show on the monitor. Amy kept the pizzas coming throughout the three hours, and there were certainly no complaints on the food or service! Not much more you could ask for! Very nice evening...

The food is incredibly delicious. I’ve never once had a bad meal here. Highly recommend the Chicken Parm, it’s perfect. However, the inside has been due for an update 15 years ago. It’s very dated. However, I can’t impress enough how good the food is

Love this place! Great for date night if you love old school hospitality. Food was top notch and our server was fantastic and was on top of everything we could need. Prices could be a bit steep for some, but the quality justifies it.

Need to improve the ambiance. Smells stuffy and stale inside. Appetizers are good, they had a fresh house salad that tasted good. Did not get to try any pasta dishes. Also, we had a catered party, so service did a pretty nice job. Overall, just above average food with decent service and way below average atmosphere/feel.
