McGurk's Public House

It has a big outdoor space where you can enjoy your food and drinks. The beer list is not bad and the food is delicious. Being a vegetarian there are limited options anywhere I go, especially in MO. But they do have 3 appetizers and 1 entree for vegetarians. Sadly I couldn't try the Butternut squash pasta as it wasn't available that day. Hence the 3 stars. The service is excellent and the staff is very polite.

The ladies and I from the YMCA had lunch there today. Amazing food and outstanding service. The young man who waited on us was awesome. I wish I had gotten his name.

Hands down one of the best places to eat in all of St. Louis! Their corned beef and cabbage is second to none. The meat is juicy and tender, the cabbage is just right-not slimy or undercooked. It is to die for! I've had their beef stew and it was incredible, but keep coming back for the corned beef and cabbage.

They have a great drink selection and while they are often crazy busy on the weekends, are a great place for a date.

The waitstaff are super friendly and know their stuff. You can ask them anything about the food or drinks and they have suggestions and fun facts for all of it.

We will be back for sure. GET THE CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE you will love it!

LOVE this restaurant! Beautiful ambience, large portions, excellent flavors! If your a chicken wing lover you must visit! We went for the first time probably 3 months ago and have been back 4 or 5 times!

Had a burger and home made chips. Outstanding. Great service. Wonderful ambiance on the patio. Got in around 6, just before the big line developed so we were seated right away.
