Simply fantastic food. Everything made fresh daily. They give you a lot of food for the money. Owners are a husband and wife team. Great bunch of folks. Very appreciative. I've tried everything on their menu. And it's delicious. I think my favorite is the catfish! Doesn't have a muddy taste, and they skin the black lining inside, which I love. If you haven't tried the food, you are missing out on some good ole home cooked meals. Make a trip, you won't be disappointed. Tell them Marianne sent you!

The Chicken Coop is kind of hidden due to poor signage, but you find it, it’s worth the search. Reasonable pricing and delicious food. Best of all you are supporting small business in our community. You will have to wait because the food isn’t kept warm under a heat lamp. It is cooked to order so you know it is hot and fresh made just for you.
