OMG one of my all time favorites. Food is so fresh. Great portions. Sweet tea is the absolute best

The staff here is great! They're attentive and friendly. One visit I asked that they bring my son's cookie out covered in a napkin so he doesn't spoil his dinner. The next week they recognized us and offered to do it again without my even asking.

The food is also good. Our picky 2 year old will eat several menu items, and the variety of sandwiches and salads on the adult menu is good.

Very nice atmosphere, moderate, affordable price. Excellent service,fast delivery of food to the table, kid friendly with a great menu especially for them. And the tea...drink the tea!

Our dept decided to grab McAlister's for lunch. I therefore was in charge of taking everyone's money and order and picking it up. So I had everyone write down what they wanted. I get to McAlister's, its the middle of lunch rush. I get to the counter and tell the young lady that I have separate orders and I want to break them up. She says, oh that's fine, we'll put them all on 1 ticket and separate them. So I tell her the orders 1 by 1 and she enters them in and I pay for each meal. She was fast and efficient, making the whole transaction go smoothly. I forgot about a modification to one of the orders, so she hand writes it and takes it to the kitchen. The food came out really quickly, and all the orders are correct. They even took the time to add the appropriate silverware to the to go bag, and just didn't know a bunch of forks and spoons in there. The customer service was superb, and the food was delicious.
